PRAY FOR THE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD

I am asking that each one of you pray for our denomination over the next couple of days as we meet for the General Council of the Assemblies of God. This is our national assembly that is held once every 2 years but this year has great importance. Our General Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and treasurer have all resigned or retired and we will vote in new leadership for our denomination. Tyra and I will leave tonight after church so we covet your prayers as we travel to Indianapolis for these meetings. The elections will begin tomorrow at 11:00am so pray that God's men will be brought into these very important leadership roles.
